摘  要:济钢210t转炉采用了干法除尘技术,在冶炼中前期,随着碳活度系数变大,氧活度系数变小,烟气成分中O2、CO2含量下降,CO含量提高,易达到卸爆条件,是关键控制点。通过摸索供氧制度、废钢投入、造渣制度、烟罩升降控制、氧枪枪位控制等操作规律,确保了210t转炉快速达产达效,实现了静电除尘器"零卸爆"的控制目标。Jinan Steel's 210 t converter used dry-dedusting technology.In order to ensure the whole line safe and stable production,the author analyzed the change rule of flue gas analysis in smelting course.In the early middle period of smelting,with largening of the carbon activity coefficient and lessening of oxygen activity coefficient,the O2 content and CO2 contents in flue gas decreased and the CO content increased,they was easy to achieve discharge explosion conditions.It was a key point.Jinan Steel groped the oxygen supply system,steel scrap input,slagging system,the lift control of fume hood,the position control of oxygen lance and other operation rules.Then it ensured the 210 t converter attaining designed capacity and expected effects rapidly,and realizing "zero discharge explosions" control objective of the electrostatic precipitator.
