摘 要:针对莱钢在生产SM490YB海洋石油平台用H型钢时出现的腹板开裂、冲击功不合等问题,取样进行了成分、断口和金相分析。结果表明,包晶反应、夹杂物、魏氏组织及晶粒度不均是导致缺陷产生的原因。经实施调整C含量控制范围,加强精炼控制,采用全程保护浇注,控制加热温度和终轧温度等措施,H型钢腹板裂纹问题得到彻底解决,组织细化均匀,冲击功明显提高。Web plate cracks appeared during the production of H-beam for offshore oil platform SM490YB in Laiwu Steel and the absorbed-in-fracture energy of products was substandard.Therefore,the chemical composition,fracture and microstructure of samples from substandard steel were analyzed.The results showed that the main reasons leading to defects were the existence of peritectic reaction,inclusions,Widmannstaetten structure and non-uniform grain size.Via adjusting carbon content,enhancing refining control,adopting full protection of casting,controlling the heating temperature and finish rolling temperature and so on,the web plate cracks problem of H beam was completely resolved and the absorbed-in-fracture energy of products with uniform and refinement microstructure was improved significantly.
