摘 要:为研究BODA(burned ox dung ash)对混凝土自保温砌块抗压强度的影响.参照GB11968-2006《蒸压加气混凝土砌块》标准,制作了两组成分不同的试件,用万能压力机测试了试件的强度,并用电子显微镜检测了两组试件的微观结构.试验结果表明:加有BODA的混凝土砌块立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度要比未加的试件高.电镜扫描试验结果表明加有BODA的混凝土砌块内部孔结构分布均匀,孔内填充物程度较高,密实度高,骨料相和胶结相之间无裂缝,BODA与水泥二次反应所生成的水泥石成分起到了一种较好的连接作用.The experiment referred to in the paper is aim at the effect of burned ox dung ash on autoclaved aerated concrete blocks' strength in north-west cold area.According to GB11968-2006(autoclaved aerated concrete blocks),two kinds of specimens with the different composite are made.The strength is tested by the compressive machine and the microstructure of the specimens is observed with SEM.The mechanics experiment result indicated that the cube compressive strength and the axial compressive strength of the specimens added to the burned ox dung ash is higher than the specimens with no burned ox dung.The observation result of the SEM indicated that the pore structure of the specimen with burned ox dung ash is more symmetrical on distribution and the filler in the pore is more.There is no crack between the binder material and aggregate in it.The second hydrate is produced by burned ox dung ash act as a main binder in the specimen with burned ox dung ash.
