摘  要:目的通过间接光度法测定连苯三酚。方法基于连苯三酚可以被土豆中超声提取的多酚氧化酶(PPO)催化与溶解氧生成过氧化氢,且在酸性介质中,过氧化氢与KI、淀粉的显色反应,建立了间接光度法测定连苯三酚的新方法。结果在最优条件下,连苯三酚的浓度在0.1~10μg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系,该方法的相对标准偏差为3.59%(c=1μg/mL,n=11),回收率为97.5%~102%,检出限为0.05μg/mL。结论该方法可应用于废水中低含量连苯三酚的测定。Aim In order to determine pyrogallol (or benzene-l, 2, 3-triol) by indirect Spectrophotometry. Methods Pyrogallol can be oxidized to generate H2O2 with dissolved oxygen as the oxidant by the catalysis of polyphenol oxidase (PPO), which was extracted by ultrasonic wave from potato. Based on the color reaction of H2O2 with KI in the presence of starch and the acid medium, a spectrophotometic method for determining trace pyrogallol is developed. Results Under the optimal conditions, the concentration of pyrogallol has a good linear relation in the range of 0.1-10 μg/mL with a detection limit of 0.05μg/mL, RSD is 3.59% (c=1 μg/mL, n=l 1 ) and recovery rate is in the range of 97.5%- 102%. Conclusion The method can be used to determine trace pyrogallol in the environment such as wastewater.
