摘 要:运用相关分析、通径分析和多元逐步回归分析方法,对39份皖北小麦主栽品种进行农艺性状分析,以探讨品种产量影响因素之间的相互关系,旨在为小麦的遗传改良与育种利用提供依据。结果表明,各农艺性状与产量的相关系数达到显著水平的是小穗粒数、小穗数和千粒重;通径系数大小顺序为穗粒数、千粒重、单穗结实小穗数;建立了产量因素与产量的回归方程,解释了单位面积产量变异的99.3%。通径分析结果显示,千粒重、穗粒数、小穗数是通过单位面积产量提高产量。因此,高产育种时,宜考虑选择有效穗数、穗粒数和千粒重高的小麦品种。Analysis of 39 north Anhui wheat main cultivars was conducted by using a combination of correlation analysis,path analysis and multiple regression analysis.By means of statistic methods,the relationships were analyzed between main agronomic traits and the grain yield,which would provide helpful information for the genetic improvement of wheat.The results indicate that correlation coefficient between agronomic traits and grain yield are: grain number per spike,spikelets number,1000-grain weight,spike length,grain length,tiller number,husk length,plant height,spikelet density,grain width;Path coefficients are: grain number per spike,1000-grain weight,fertile spikelets number per spike.And 99.3% variation of grain weight per plant can be explained by the multiple regression equations.In conclusion,the factors,grain number per spike,1000-grain weight and spikelets number per spike play important role for contributing to yield enhancement and the relationship between agronomic trait and yield should be well harmonized.Therefore,the varieties with higher spike number per plant,higher grain number per spike or higher 1000-grain weight can be considered to be utilized in high yield breeding.
