论报刊三级审读制度的意义

摘　　要：三级审读制度的建立,从内容上明确了三级审读人员的权限和职责;从形式上把审读工作纳入了规范化、制度化的管理轨道,使报刊管理更趋科学、合理,为保证报刊的舆论导向、提升出版质量等提供了一定的保障作用,较好地杜绝了违规违纪现象的发生,从而使得报刊管理朝着健康有序的方向发展。The set of three-grade censorship clarifies the power and duty of censors in contents and makes the censorship on the right track of scientific,reasonable and standardization management in system.It guarantees the correct public opinion direction and promotion of publish quality,prevents from violence of regulations and drives the journal management to a healthy development.
