摘 要:加注管工作中会因产生较大的磨损而导致推进液的泄露,可采用陶瓷喷涂技术对其表面进行喷涂。本文根据加注管的结构以及工作环境的要求,合理选择陶瓷涂层材料以及喷涂方法,阐述了陶瓷喷涂工艺以及注意事项,分析了影响陶瓷涂层耐磨性的工艺因素,为加注管的设计奠定了理论基础。The leakage of propulsive liquid could be caused by severe wear of the filling tube. Ceramic spraying technique was applied to solve the problem. The spraying technique and material was selected based on the structure and the working condition of filling tube. The precautions in spraying technology and affecting factors on the anti-wear performance of ceramic coating were also discussed.The work in this paper would lay a theoretical foundation for superior performance filling tube designing.
