摘  要:目的通过Meta分析,综合评价50%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂的现场灭螺效果。方法在中国生物医学数据库、维普数据库、万方数据库进行联合检索,获得公开发表的关于50%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂的现场灭螺效果研究的文献,提取相关数据,采用R软件进行统计分析。结果 14篇文献符合纳入标准,无发表偏倚,但各剂量组存在异质性。Meta分析随机效应模型结果显示,在施药后3、7d及15d后的钉螺死亡率分别为86%、87%及91%,呈逐渐上升态势。结论 50%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂的现场灭螺效果较好,但仍无法达到100%的灭螺效果。建议在条件许可时,对有螺环境可实施2~3次灭螺。Objective To evaluate the molluscicidal effect of 50% wettable powder of niclosamide ethanolamine salt(WPN)in field through Meta analysis.Methods Via joint search of Chinese Biomedical Database,VIP database and Wanfang database,the published literature regarding the molluscicidal effect of WPN was collected.Relevant data were extracted and analyzed by R software.Results A total of 14 articles met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.No publication bias was detected.However,heterogeneity existed in all research groups.Meta analysis showed that after spraying for 3,7 days and 15 days,the snail mortality rates calculated by random-effect model were 86%,87% and 91%,respectively.Conclusions The molluscicidal effect of WPN shows promising results in field trials.However,the snail mortality still cannot achieve 100%.Therefore,it is warranted to take twice or three times on-site molluscicidal implementation.
