摘  要:目的探讨血清r-谷氨酰转肽酶(r—Glutamyl transferaseGGT)浓度变化与慢性肾病的关系。方法用酶法和免疫速率散射比浊法测定83例慢性肾病患者和50例健康人血清的r-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、血肌酐(Cr)和半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cystatinc)的浓度,并进行尿常规检查,同时比较它们在各组慢性肾病中的关系。结果83例慢性肾病患者GGT的含量较正常对照组高,且有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。血清GGT与Cr和Cystatin C在慢性肾功能不全无相关性,与尿中红细胞在慢性肾小球肾炎呈显著正相关。结论血清GGT含量的增加对肾脏病的诊断有帮助,还可以作为肾小球肾炎是否具有活动性的判断指标。Objective TO Explore the Relationship between r-Glutamyl transferase and chronic kidney disease. Methods The levels of serum GGT ,creatinine (Scr) and the amounts of CysC in 83 patients with Chronic Kidney Disease and 50 healthy subjects were determined by enzymeassay and particle immunonephrology method. And all the patients has a routine urine test. Results The levels of serum GGT was significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05). The levels of serum GGT has no correlation with Scr and CysC on chronic renal failure, and has positive correlation with the amounts of red blood cell in urine on chronic glomerulonephritis. Conclusion The levels of serum GGT raise can help the diagnosis of chronic kidney disease, and can be used to indicate the degree of glomerulonephritis.
