摘　　要：介绍了外圆磨削在线检测自动控制过程中，ＰＬＣ的控制功能以及ＰＬＣ与数控系统中Ｉ／Ｏ接口的连接及应用，并介绍了该数控系统判别ＰＬＣ信号的方法。The control function of PLC and its I/O interface with NC system in on line measuring control system of precision cylindrical grinder are dicussed.A method of confirm PLC's signals is proposed.
