摘　　要：目的探讨手术室感染的因素及对策。方法对医院手术室感染因素进行分析并整改和总结。结果制定与落实了手术室控制感染对策,使各项监控指标在正常范围,降低了医院感染率。结论只有强化对医院感染工作重要性的认识,加强手术物品管理,控制进出手术室人员数量,严格手术室环境管理等,是手术室医院感染控制的有效方法。OBJECTIVE To explore the factors and countermeasures for infection in operating room. METHODS The factors of infection in operating room were analyzed, rectified and summarized. RESULTS The countermeasures for the control of infections in operating room were set down and implemented, the monitoring indicators were kept in normal range, and the infection rate was reduced. CONCLUSION Strengthening the awareness of the importance of nosocomial infection, enhanceing the management of surgical items, controlling the number of operating room personnel in and out and perform the strict environmental management of the operating room are the effective measures to control the nosocomial infections in operating room.
