美容外科门诊手术室医院感染的控制与管理

摘　　要：目的探讨美容外科门诊手术室医院感染的预防与管理方法,防止医院感染,提高医疗质量安全。方法针对门诊手术室的工作特点,加强感染管理制度、医院感染控制、手术室管理,制定并落实各项有效的消毒隔离措施和感染监测制度,严格执行无菌操作规程,创造合格的手术环境。结果 2006年7月-2008年9月共进行门诊手术1102例,发生感染4例,感染率为0.36%。结论依据规范科学地管理,可有效地防止医院感染的发生,降低无菌切口感染率,有利于美容门诊手术室患者手术的安全。OBJECTIVE To explore the hospital infection prevention and management methods in cosmetic surgery outpatient operating room, so as to prevent hospital infections and improve the medical quality and safety. METHODS The infection management, hospital infection control and operating room management were strengthened in accordance with the working characteristics of cosmetic surgery outpatient operating room, effective disinfection and isolation measures were developed and implemented, infection surveillance system and strict operating procedures for sterilization were executed, arid qualified surgical environment was created. RESULTS Totally 4 incision infection cases were reported among 1102 cases from Jul 2006 to Sep 2008, the infection rate was only 0. 36%. CONCLUSION According to canonical scientific management, the hospital infection can be effectively prevenied and the infection rate of the sterile incision can be reduced, which can favor the safety of the operation.
