摘　　要：目的为预防检验科医院感染的发生,加强医院感染规范化管理提出合理的建议。方法通过分析实验室生物安全防护和个人安全防护两方面,以确定检验科医院感染容易发生的环节。结果达到严格执行操作规程、标本安全管理,规范处理医疗废物,减少锐器伤,有效控制检验科医院感染的发生。结论强化标准预防理念、健全制度、加强知识培训,是预防检验科医院感染发生的关键。OBJECTIVE To propose the reasonable suggestions for preventing the hospital infection event in the clinical laboratory and enhance the normalized management of hospital infection. METHODS By analyzing the biosafety protection in clinical laboratory and the personal biosafety protection, the main component elements of hospital infection in clinical laboratory were determined. RESULTS The operation procedure was performed conscientiously, the specimens were disposed safely, the standard management of the medical wastes was strengthened, the clinical sharp instrument injuries were reduced. The occurrence of hospital infection in clinical laboratory was effectively controlled. CONCLUSION The keys to prevent the hospital infection event in clinical laboratory are to strengthen the standard precautions idea, the management organizations, various systems and knowledge training.
