持续质量改进在急诊科医疗垃圾规范分类中的运用

摘　　要：目的探讨持续质量改进在急诊科医疗垃圾规范分类中运用。方法通过制定医疗垃圾分类处理流程;组织学习、加强教育;改进垃圾容器的位置,使用醒目标记;开展宣教等方法解决医疗垃圾分类不规范的问题。结果护士重视医疗垃圾规范分类,熟悉垃圾分类处理流程,医疗垃圾人均处理费用及针刺伤的发生率下降。结论在急诊科医疗垃圾规范分类中引入持续质量改进,保护了护理人员的安全,保护环境,保证了医院感染质量。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement in medical garbage standard classification in the emergency department. METHODS Kinds of methods were performed to solve the problem of medical garbage classification in the emergency department, by establishing the standard process of medical garbage classification, learning and education, improving the location of trash can with observably tags, introducing medical garbage standard classification to patients and their accompanying persons. RESULTS Nurses payed highly attention to medical garbage standard classification and were also familiar with the standard processes of medical garbage classification. It reduced the per costs of medical garbage disposal and the incidence rates of nursesr needle injury in the emergency department. CONCLUSION Introducing continuous quality improvement in medical garbage standard classification in the emergency department is helpful for protecting the nurses and the medical environment,as well as ensuring nosocomial infection control.
