摘  要:目的:研究大孔树脂分离纯化紫丁香苷、刺五加苷E的工艺。方法:采用AB-8型大孔吸附树脂对紫丁香苷、刺五加苷E进行吸附纯化,并采用HPLC,以紫丁香苷、刺五加苷E含量和收率为参考指标综合评价。结果:优选纯化工艺为,上样液的质量浓度0.5 g·mL-1,吸附流速2 BV·h-1,洗脱剂30%乙醇,用量9 BV,洗脱流速1 BV·h-1。结论:刺五加提取物通过AB-8树脂,30%乙醇洗脱部位,可使紫丁香苷、刺五加苷E的收率和质量分数达到满意效果。Objective:To establish a technical process for the purification of syringin and eleutheroside E from Acanthopanax senticosus.Method:AB-8 type of macroporous adsorbents was used to separate and purify syringin and eleutheroside E,and HPLC was adopted to analyze the content and yield of syringin and eleutheroside E.Result:The optimum process for the purification was as follows:the concentration of sample solution was 0.5 g·mL-1;adsorption flow rate was 2 BV·h-1;eluent was 30% ethanol;the dosage was 9 BV;elution flow rate was 1 BV·h-1.Conclusion:Extract of A.senticosus by AB-8 resin,30% ethanol elution positions can syringin,eleutheroside E,yield and quality of the scores achieved satisfactory results.
