摘 要:目的:探讨黄连解毒汤(Huanglian Jiedu Decoction,HJD)对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂及氧自由基代谢的影响。方法:将50只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组,模型组,立普妥组(0.2 mg·kg-1),HJD低、高剂量组(6,12 g·kg-1)。除正常对照组外,其他组大鼠喂饲高脂饲料建立高脂血症模型。连续ig 8周后,测定血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(triacylglycerol,TAG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-densitylipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)水平,以及超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(glutathioneperoxidase,GSH-Px)活性及丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量,并观察肝组织病理学改变。结果:与模型组比较,HJD各组能明显降低实验大鼠血清TC,TG,LDL-C,MDA含量,显著提高HDL-C含量和SOD,GSH-Px活性,并能减轻肝细胞脂肪变性。结论:HJD能有效调节高脂血症大鼠血脂代谢,提高机体抗氧化能力,改善肝组织病理损害。Objective:To study the effects of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction(HJD) on blood lipid and oxygen radical metabolism in experimental hyperlipidemia rats.Method: Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,untreated group,lipitor group(0.2 mg·kg-1),and low-and high-dose HJD group(6,12 g·kg-1).Except the normal control group,rats in the other groups were fed with high fat diet for 15 days to induce hyperlipidemia.Then the rats were administered with corresponding drugs for 8 weeks.After treatment,the serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TAG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were assayed.The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and the level of malondialdehyde(MDA) were measured.The histological changes in liver tissues were observed.Result: Compared with the untreated group,HJD could significantly decrease the serum levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and MDA,increase the serum level of HDL-C and the activities ofSOD and GSH-Px,and relieve the fatty degeneration of hepatic cells.Conclusion: HJD has the potential effect to regulate the lipid metabolism of hyperlipidemia rats,increase antioxidant activity and improve the histopathological injury of the liver.
