烟花合金粉在使用中升温现象的探索

摘　　要：烟花鞭炮生产所需要的烟花合金粉在使用时，一直是干法配药。近年来一些厂家在研制开发烟花鞭炮新品种时采用烟花合金粉与其它药物湿法混均搅拌新工艺，因而出现发热升温现象。对此，从烟花合金粉生产的原材料配比，合金粉的颗粒尺寸，烟花合金粉与空气接触时间长短三方面进行了研究探索。Alloy powder for fireworks, is mixed in dry process dosage. Recent years,some fireworks plants make fireworks in wet-press process, which gives out heat when mixing. The proportion of raw materials, particle size, the time of particle opening in the air are studied. The result shows the temperature increasing isn't harmful for the production of fireworks.
