我国公共图书馆文化产业研究现状述评

摘　　要：文化产业是在知识经济浪潮中文化与经济相互渗透、相互融合形成的新兴产业。近年来,我国公共图书馆界对是否应该发展公共图书馆文化产业进行了一些有益的探索,主要有两种观点,一是反对公共图书馆发展文化产业,二是赞成公共图书馆适度发展文化产业。两种观点争论的焦点主要在于公共图书馆的属性、职能、体制及公益性和产业化关系等方面。目前,我国有关公共图书馆文化产业的研究普遍存在如下问题:一是基础理论薄弱,二是理论缺乏广度、深度和系统性,三是吸收先进经验少。The cultural industry is a new industry of the fusion of economy and knowledge.In recent years,Chinese public libraries have started some useful exploration of whether develop the cultural industry of public libraries.There are two viewpoints,one is against the cultural industry development of public libraries;the other is in favor of the moderate cultural industry development of public libraries.Two issues are mainly focus on the public library property,functions,system,relations of public welfare and industrialization,and so on.At present,researches on the cultural industry of public libraries are facing following problems： the basic theory is weak;the theory is lack of width,depth and systematic;the theory is lack of the absorption of advanced development experience.
