摘　　要：读者权利是公民的一项基本权利。目前,国内对图书馆读者权利的研究主要集中在图书馆读者权利的概念与内容、读者权利的现状与维护、读者的权利与义务、读者权利与法等几个方面。然而,我国读者权利研究尚未形成体系,研究人员的研究视角存在局限性,缺乏行之有效的保障机制。在人们权利意识逐渐觉醒的今天,最大限度地实现和保障读者权利不仅需要立法保障,还需要道德规范的约束,更需要政府、行业组织、图书馆及读者的共同努力。Readers＇ rights are the basic rights of citizens.At present,studies on readers＇ rights mainly concentrate on the following aspects： concept and content,status and protection,readers＇ rights and obligations,the relationship between readers＇ rights and legislation,and so on.However,studies on readers＇ rights are not systematic,limited by researcher＇s perspectives,and lack of effective protection mechanisms.Nowadays,as the right awareness of citizens being awaken,implementing and protecting readers＇ rights not only needs the legislation protection and constraints of moral standards,but also needs joint efforts of government,industry associations,libraries and readers.
