摘　　要：建设外文原版图书图片数据库有利于保护珍贵的外文原版图书,便于读者检索与利用数字化外文原版图书图片资源。在外文原版图书图片数据库建设过程中,不仅图片来源涉及知识产权问题,其传播与利用过程也涉及知识产权问题。高校图书馆可通过强化知识产权保护意识、采用新技术手段、借助著作权集体管理制度等方式规避自建特色数据库的知识产权问题。Constructing the image database of original foreign language books contributes to protecting the valuable original foreign language books,and is convenient for readers to retrieve and use images of the original foreign language books.In the construction process of the database,there are intellectual property issues,which involve the source of images,the dissemination and the utilization.University libraries could avoid intellectual property issues of the self-built characteristic database through strengthening the awareness of intellectual property protection,introducing new technologies,using the copyright collective management system,and so on.
