利用台湾“中国机读编目格式”数据的编目实践及注意事项

摘　　要：台湾版图书在CALIS数据库中无数据者居多,需进行原编,而目前我国大陆各个图书馆购入的台湾版图书日渐增多,这给编目人员增加了困难和压力。为解决这一问题,编目人员可将台湾版图书的CMARC数据改为CNMARC数据。台湾CMARC和CNMARC同中有异,编目人员在实践中应注意以下几个修改点:确定删减字段、增加字段、保留繁体字的字段,相同字段的指示符按CNMARC要求修改,以提高台湾版图书编目工作的质量和效率。Most books published in Taiwan couldn＇t be found in CALIS database,they should be cataloged originally.These books are bought more and more by libraries,and it brings some troubles to catalogers.To solve the problem,catalogers could modify book published in Taiwan datas from CMARC to CNMARC.There is something different as well as something same between CMARC and CNMARC.Catalogers should attach importance to some points as follows in practice： making sure the fields that should be deleted,added,saved,and amending indicators of same fields as CNMARC,in order to improve the quality and the efficiency of cataloging books published in Taiwan.
