摘  要:将三维荧光光谱技术与分别基于交替惩罚三线性分解(APTLD)和平行因子分析(PARAFAC)2种算法的二阶校正方法相结合,实现了水果样中α-萘乙酸(NAA)和吲哚-3-乙酸(IAA)含量的直接快速同时定量测定。对于西瓜提取液,在量测体系选取的组分数为3时,采用APTLD二阶校正法所获得的NAA和IAA的平均回收率分别为(103.8±7.5)%和(95.2±5.9)%;采用PARAFAC二阶校正法所获得的平均回收率分别为(101.0±4.6)%和(96.8±4.5)%。另外,采用椭圆置信区间测试和品质因子如灵敏度、选择性和检测下限,评估了2种算法的准确性。实验结果表明,这2种方法均能成功用于直接定量分析水果样中NAA和IAA的含量,且方法快速简便,比其它分析方法既节约试剂又节约时间,是1种直接快速分析复杂体系中感兴趣组分植物生长激素的有力工具。A new approach for direct determination of α-naphthylacetic acid(NAA) and indole-3-acetic acid(IAA) in fruits extract by using excitation-emission matrix fluorescence coupled with second-order calibration was established.The average recoveries of the method in watermelon extract were(103.8 ± 7.5)% and(101.0 ± 4.6)% for NAA,(95.2 ± 5.9)% and(96.8 ± 4.5)% for IAA by using the alternating penalty tri-linear decomposition(APTLD) and the parallel factor analysis(PARAFAC) algorithms,respectively.Moreover,the accuracy of these two algorithms was also evaluated through the elliptical joint confidence region tests(EJCR) as well as the figures of merit,such as sensitivity(SEN),selectivity(SEL) and limit of detection(LOD).The results demonstrated that both methods had been successfully applied to determine the contents of NAA and IAA in fruit extract samples.Separation or sample pretreatment steps were simplified.Second-order calibration method was a promising tool for rapid determination of the analytes such as α-naphthylacetic acid(NAA) and indole-3-acetic acid(IAA) in complex fruits extract samples.
