摘　　要：潍坊市普及基本医疗卫生制度实验研究主要通过提高医疗保障水平、扩大覆盖面来提高卫生服务的可及性,本文从基本医疗保障、小病社区低收费、大病就医保障和贫困人口医疗救助等方面来论述基本医疗卫生服务的可及性建设。The experimental research of essential medical care system in Weifang mainly increase the accessibility of health service by improving the medical security level and expanding the coverage,this article discusses the accessibility construction of basic medical and health services through the basic medical security,outpatient treated in the community cheaply,medical treatment to protect seriously illness and the poor medical aid.
