摘 要:γ-Al2O3是机动车尾气净化催化剂的常用载体,其高温热稳定性、比表面积、孔容、孔径及表面酸性等对催化活性有很大影响.近年来,大量研究结果表明,铈、锆、镧和钡等元素的添加可以提高氧化铝的高温热稳定性和催化活性,然而这些研究大多致力于单组分或者双组分改性氧化铝,CeO2-ZrO2-La2O3-Al2O3(CZLA) samples with different CeO2,ZrO2 and La2O3 contents were prepared by peptizing method and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and N2 adsorption-desorption.The low Pt-Rh content catalysts were prepared by Ce0.4Zr0.4Y0.1La0.1O1.9 and CZLA samples as the support,and catalytic performance was investigated.The results show that both lanthanum,cerium and zirconium can inhibit alumina from sintering and then suppress alumina transition to α-phase.N2 adsorption-desorption results show that CZLA sample with 2%La2O3 maintain a highest specific surface area of 97.10 m2/g after aged at 1100 ℃ for 5 h.Activity tests show that the catalyst which supported by CZLA sample with 2%La2O3 has an excellent catalytic performance.Its light-off temperature was 249 ℃,and full conversion temperature was 286 ℃ for C3H8.Both results show that Ce-Zr-La co-modified alumina has great potential in application.
