摘　　要：医疗机构绩效考核体系是医院实施各项管理工作的基础和依据，随着现代信息技术的发展，运用信息技术平台进行绩效管理成为各医院的目标。本文重点介绍了我院利用信息化平台对绩效考核的设计与应用、考核内容和形式的创新、考核指标的设定与控制等方法，以及实施信息化平台以来的应用成效。The performance appraisal system of medical institutions serves as the cornerstone for hospital management. Thanks to the growth of information technology, information platform has grown into an indispensable tool for performance appraisal in hospitals as well. This paper focuses on the design and application of such a platform for performance appraisal, as well as the innovations on the appraisal contents and forms, setup and control methods for appraisal indicators, and the achievements made with such a platform.
