摘　　要：以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,采用操作简便、绿色环保的无溶剂合成方法,通过Pechm ann反应成功合成了未见文献报道的标题化合物,结构经1HNMR及MS确证。3-Amino-4-methyl-6-methoxy-7-hydroxycoumarin was successfully synthesized via the Pechmann condensation of ethyl-acetaminoacetoacetate and 4-methoxyphen-1,3-diol catalyzed by para-toluenesulfonic acid（PTS） under solvent-free conditions.The product structures were confirmed by ^1HNMR and MS.
