摘 要:针对高聚物材料中小分子的迁移现象,结合数字图像处理技术,提出了一种基于钠光和斐索等厚原理的光学干涉法。介绍了系统测试原理,针对光学系统的设计作了详细的分析与计算;通过实验测试,设计的光学系统能够采集到清晰的干涉条纹,且满足测试精度要求,由条纹间距随时间的变化测出了丙酮和乙醇小分子迁移时高聚物折射率的变化规律为:丙酮小分子在迁移10min后,条纹间距降低到最初的40%,折射率为最初的2.5倍,之后基本保持不变;而乙醇小分子则经过50min后,条纹间距降低为最初的56%,折射率为最初的1.7倍,且基本保持不变。在此时刻之后发生的迁移对材料的性能基本不会产生影响。For the transference of high polymers,a plan of measurement system based on sodium light and fizeau interference with digital image processing technology is proposed.The system measurement scheme and method are explained.The optical system design of the method is explained and calculated.The experiment result shows that the optical system can collect clear interference strip and meet the precision request.By measuring the fringe distance change in the polymer transference of acetone and ethanol small molecule,the change of the polymer material refractive index is drawn: for the acetone small molecule,in the 10 min,the strip distance become to 40 percent,the refractive index became 2.5 times and after that it kept invariant for polymer material;for the ethanol small molecule,in the 50 min,the strip distance become to 56 percent,the refractive index became 1.7 times and after that it kept invariant for ethanol.That's all,at the time of balance;it will not infect the capability of the polymer material any longer.
