米索前列醇联合利宁凝胶在人工流产术前应用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察米索前列醇联合利宁凝胶在人工流产术前用药的疗效。方法选择自愿终止妊娠的早孕未产妇100例，术前1h口服米索前列醇400ug，人流术前2min将利宁凝胶1支（4g）插入宫颈管内推入药液作为观察组；另选择自愿终止妊娠的早孕未产妇女100例，术前2min宫颈内给予利宁凝胶作为对照组。主要观察扩张宫口、腹痛情况、人流综合征的发生率等。结果扩张宫口情况：7号以上，扩宫器无阻力插入宫颈的例数观察组明显多于对照组（P〈0．05）；腹痛情况、人流综合征的发生，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论人工流产术前1h口服米索前列醇400ug联合利宁凝胶4g可达到扩张宫口的效果，同时也可减少腹痛、人流综合征。Objective To observe the effect of misoprostol comtined with Lining gel in the preoperative medication. Methods Voluntary termination of pregnancy not maternal 100 cases of early pregnancy, pre 1 h oral misoprostol 400 lug, 2 minutes before abortion will Lining gel one （4 g） inserted into the liquid inside the cervical canal as the observation group; also opt for voluntary termination of pregnancy women in early pregnancy did not produce 100 cases of cervical pre 2 minutes given within Lining gel as a control group. Main outcome expansion cervix, abdominal pain cases, incidence of abortion syndrome. Results The results expand the cervix： 7 size above, uterine dilator inserted without resistance the number of cases of cervical observation group than control group the number of cases （P 〈 0.05） ; Bellyache, abortion syndrome occurred between the two groups. There was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Misoprostol 400 ug orally comtined with lining gel 4 g 1 h before abortion expand the cervix, it can also reduce abdominal pain and abortion syndrome.
