摘　　要：基于Solid works建立了圆环链三维模型,导入ANSYS Workbench中进行接触有限元求解,并将有限元结果与赫兹解进行了比较,结果表明有限元解与赫兹解具有良好的一致性。分析了4种工况下轴线旋转倾角对接触区域应力分布的影响,从而对进一步研究圆环链的优化设计提供了参考。A 3D model of round-linked chains is established with SolidWorks and then led into ANSYS Workbench to find out finite element solution.Then the finite element solution is compared with Hertz solution,the comparison results show that the former is consistent with the later.In addition,influences of rotary angle of axle on stress distribution within contact zones in 4 kinds of operation modes are analysed.The study offers references for further study of optimization design of round-linked chains.
