摘 要:为了解决多绳提升机钢丝绳张力不平衡调整不准确的问题,分析了影响钢丝绳张力不平衡的主要因素,设计了基于非均匀弦振波法的钢丝绳张力不平衡故障诊断方法,建立了钢丝绳蠕动量的计算模型和钢丝绳蠕动量差异值的计算模型,提出了考虑钢丝绳蠕动时的绳槽半径差异值的计算方法。通过现场试验表明,该方法能够准确反映出绳槽半径的差异,从而为钢丝绳张力不平衡的调整提供了可靠依据。In order to solve the problem of inaccurate adjustment of rope tension of multi-rope hoists,the main factors which affects unbalanced tension of wire ropes were analyzed,and the method of diagnosing the fault of rope unbalanced tension was designed based on the inhomogeneous chord vibration wave method.In addition,the model of calculating the rope creep and the rope creep difference were established respectively,and the method of computing difference value between the radius of rope grooves considering the rope creep was proposed.The field testing indicates that this method can accurately reflect difference value between the radius of rope grooves,which provides reliable bases for the adjustment of rope unbalanced tension.
