摘　　要：气化模的粘合是气化模铸造的关键技术之一，使用粘接剂的性能必须满足生产的要求，本文介绍了各种粘接剂的特性及其选用，以及自行研制的ＥＳＳ热熔胶的配方及性能，还介绍了用呋喃树脂配制的双组分粘接剂及加快乳白胶固化速度的方法。生产应用表明上述粘接剂和方法能满足气化模铸造的要求，铸件质量很好。Abstract The adhesion of EPC pattern is the key to success in EPC technology,the properties of the adhesive should meet the requirements of production.The performance of various adhesives and their choice,the ingredient and the properties of the ESS hotmelting glue developed by authors as well as two component glue composed of furan resin and acid and the method to accelerate the curing of polyvinyl acetate glue were also presented.It was found through productive appliance that the adhesive can satisfy the demands of EPC and the casting quality produced is excellent.
