摘　　要：目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定藏药二十五味珍珠丸中西红花苷Ⅰ含量。方法：使用Shim-pack VP-ODS（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）色谱柱,以甲醇-水（45∶55）为流动相,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长440 nm,柱温30℃。结果：西红花苷Ⅰ浓度在1~100μg.mL-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9998）;平均回收率为96.7%,RSD为1.3%。结论：所建立的方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于二十五味珍珠丸的质量控制。Objective：To develop an HPLC method for determination of crocin Ⅰ in Ershiwuwei Zhenzhu pills.Methods：The Shim-pack VP-ODS（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） column was adopted with a mobile phase of methanol-water（45∶55）,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 with column temperature at 30 ℃,the wavelength of detection was set at 440 nm.Results：The linearity was obtained within the range of 1-100 μg·mL-1（r=0.9998）,and the average recovery（n=9） was 96.7%,and RSD was 1.3%.Conclusion：The method is simple,reliable and reproducible,and can be used effectively for the quality control of Ershiwuwei Zhenzhu pills.
