摘  要:研究了杯状横向磁场触头中频真空电弧(400~800 Hz)的电弧形态及电压特性。实验在单频回路中进行,采用去掉屏蔽罩的杯状横向磁场真空灭弧室进行实验,触头直径为66 mm,触头开距为4 mm。实验结果表明:只有当电流升高到一定值时,电弧才有运动现象;电弧的运动特性主要受磁场的影响;电弧运动不是产生高频电弧电压噪声的原因,而当阴极斑点占据整个阴极表面时,电弧电压才产生高频噪声。最后根据实验结果得到电弧电压与电流幅值和频率的关系公式。Arc mode and voltage characteristics of intermediate frequency vacuum arc(400~800 Hz) in cup-type vacuum interrupter with transverse magnetic field(TMF) have been studied.Experiments were carried out under condition of a shield-removed cup-type TMF vacuum interrupter with a contact diameter of 66 mm and a contact opening distance of 4 mm in a single-frequency oscillating circuit.Experimental results showed if the current increases to a certain value,the arc rotates distinctively.If not,obvious arc rotation could not be observed.Arc movement characteristics are mainly affected by the magnetic field.Arc movement is not the reason to generate high-frequency arc voltage noise.Only when the cathode spots occupy the entire cathode surface,could arc voltage generate high-frequency noise.The correlations between the arc voltage and the amplitude and frequency of the current were achieved in this study.
