摘  要:对[12]CU-7Al(原子分数,%)单晶体的循环形变行为进行了研究,结果表明,其循环饱和应力-应变曲线与Cu单晶相似.在γP1=1.1×10-3-4.5×10-3的范围内。存在饱和平台,平台处的饱和应力为27.3MPa;当γP1<1.1×10-3和γP14.5×10-3时,饱和应力均随应变幅的增大而单调升高,循环硬化曲线表现出三个阶段,循环硬化阶段的硬化率随应变幅的增大而增大.The cyclic deformation behavior of [112] Cu-7A1 single crystals was studied in this paper. The results indicated that the cyclic saturation stress strain curve is similar to that of copper single crystals. There is a plateau region with a saturation stress of 27.3 MPa in the range of γp1 from 1.1 × 10-3 to 4.5 × 10-3. When γp1 <1.1 × 10-3 or γp1 >4.5 × 10-3, the saturation stress increases monotonously with increasing the strain amplitude. The cyclic hardening curve is divided into three stages, namely, initial non-hardening stage, rapid hardening stage and saturation stage. The hardening rate in the hardening stage increases with increasing the strain amplitude. The surface slip features are charactered by either planar slip or wavy slip depending on the applied strain amplitude.
