用催化褪色光度法测定镀锌废水中的Zn^(2+)

摘  要:在1.0 mol/L NH3·H2O介质中,微量Zn2+对过氧化氢氧化茜素红S(ARS)的褪色反应具有强烈的催化作用,据此建立了一种通过测量吸光度测定微量Zn2+的新方法。本方法的检出限为0.11μg/L,线性范围为0~400μg/L;用于测定镀锌废水中微量Zn2+,其结果与5-Br-DMPAP光度法相符,加标回收率为98.0%~102.5%,6次测定值相对标准偏差RSD<4%。A new catalytic decoloring spectrophotometric method was established to determine slight amount of Zn2+ based on the catalytic effect of slight amount of Zn2+ on the oxidative decoloration of alizarian S(ARS) by hydrogen peroxide in 1.0 mol/L NH3·H2O solution.It was found that the detection limit of the established method was up to 0.11 μg/L and the linear range was 0~400 μg/L.When the method was adopted to determine slight amount of Zn2+ in zinc electroplating wastewater,relevant measurement result agreed well with that determined by 5-Br-DMPAP spectrophotometric method,possessing the recovery of 98.0%~102.5% and RSD of six measurements of below 4%.
