摘 要:以聚合氯化铝(PAC)和聚合硫酸铁(PFS)为混凝剂,并加入助凝剂聚丙烯酰胺(PAM),结合鸟粪石沉淀法联合预处理垃圾渗滤液,探讨了混凝剂投加比例、pH、PAM用量、温度、化学药剂投加比等因素对混凝和化学沉淀法的影响。结果表明:PAC与PFS联合投加具有明显的交互作用,提高了混凝效果,有效去除了垃圾渗滤液中的COD、SS和浊度,但对氨氮的去除效果不佳。混凝后通过鸟粪石沉淀法可进一步去除垃圾渗滤液中的氨氮,由正交试验可得鸟粪石沉淀法去除氨氮的最佳条件:温度为30℃、pH值为8.5、Mg2+∶NH4+∶PO34-=1∶1∶1.4(物质的量之比)。The landfill leachate was pretreated using polymeric aluminium chloride (PAC) and polymeric ferric sulfate (PFS) as complex coagulant, polyacrylamide (PAM) as coagulant aid and strurite precipitation. The effects of the dosing ratio of complex coagulant, pH, PAM dosage, temperature and the dosing ratio of chemicals on coagulation and chemical precipitation were investigated. The results show that there is an apparent interaction when using PAC and PFS together, and the coagulation effect is increased. The COD, SS and turbidity are removed effectively, but the removal effect of ammonia nitrogen is poor. After coagulation, the ammonia nitrogen in landfill leachate can further removed by struvite precipitation. The optimal conditions for ammonia nitrogen removal obtained by orthogonal test are as follows : temperature of 30 ℃, pH value of 8.5 and Mg2 + : NH4+ : PO4^3- of 1 : 1 : 1.4 (molar ratio).
