摘 要:在酸性条件下,以三嵌段共聚物EO20PO70EO20(P123)为模板剂,采用共缩聚法合成功能化的介孔材料,并用SEM电镜、N2吸附/脱附、FTIR红外光谱对合成材料进行表征。结果表明,合成的功能化材料具有一定的规整性,比表面积达到347 m2/g、BJH平均孔径达到7.90 nm、孔容达到0.68 cm3/g。此外还进行了合成材料吸附钴离子的试验,考察了其对重金属的吸附性能及影响因素。结果表明,当钴离子浓度分别为1、2、10 mmol/L时,介孔材料对钴离子的脱除率分别达到了99.75%、99.47%、49.33%;反应的最佳pH值为5,在100 min左右时可达到吸附平衡。Under the acid condition, using triblock copolymer EO20PO70EO20 (P123) as template, a new kind of functionalized mesoporous material was synthesized by polymerization and was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), nitrogen gas adsorption/desorption and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR). The results indicate that the synthesized mesoporous material has a specific surface area of 347 m2/g, a BJH pore size of 7.90 nm and a pore volume of 0.68 cm3/g. Besides, the adsorption of cobalt ion on the synthesized mesoporous material was tested, and its adsorption performance of heavy metals and the influence factors were investigated. When the concentrations of cobalt ion are 1, 2 and 10 mmol/L respectively, its removal rates are 99.75%, 99.47% and 49.33% respectively. The optimal pH is 5, and the adsorption equilibrium state is achieved within about 100 min.
