摘 要:为了筛选出能鉴定红粒小麦穗发芽抗性的分子标记及抗穗发芽的种质材料,检测了67份红粒春小麦品种(系)的发芽指数,并利用4个与穗发芽抗性相关的标记(Vp1B3、Xgwm155、Xwmc468和Xg-wm397)对这67份品种(系)进行了PCR扩增,分析了扩增片段与发芽指数的关系。结果表明,在67个红粒春小麦品种(系)中,12份材料的发芽指数小于0.001,42份材料的发芽指数介于0.001~0.005,13份材料的发芽指数大于0.005。在4个分子标记中,STMS标记Xwmc468与穗发芽相关,而另外三个标记即STS标记Vp1B3、STMS标记Xgwm397及SSR标记Xgwm155与穗发芽抗性不相关。在发芽指数小于0.001的12份材料中有8份材料经标记Xwmc468鉴定为抗穗发芽基因型。Aimed at identifying PHS tolerant breeding materials and assessing the efficiency of the corresponding markers in selecting genotypes with higher PHS tolerance,four PHS tolerance-associated markers(Vp1B3,Xgwm155,Xwmc468 and Xgwm397) were employed to screen 67 Chinese spring red-grain cultivars(lines).The results showed that of the 67 cultivars tested,the germination index of 12 cultivars were lower than 1%,that of 42 cultivars were between 1% and 5%,and 13 cultivars were over 5%.The relationships between the PCR products variation of the four markers and the germination index of the tested materials were analyzed and indicated that the variation of STMS marker Xwmc468 was associated with PHS response,but that of STS marker Vp1B3,STMS marker Xgwm397 and SSR marker Xgwm155 were not.Among the 12 cultivars with germination index lower than 1%,8 cultivars had PHS tolerance after being identified by Xwmc468.
