摘 要:为了明确污水处理对小麦生理的影响,给农田灌溉中污水的合理利用提供参考,用不同浓度的污水分别对小麦幼苗进行培养,测定和分析了其根系活力、叶片细胞膜透性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明,随着污水浓度的提高,小麦根系活力不断降低,叶片细胞膜透性不断升高,SOD、CAT及POD活性均表现为先升后降的趋势,MDA的含量呈逐渐上升的趋势。说明污水处理会对小麦幼苗生理特性及抗氧化酶活性产生影响,低浓度污水影响相对较小。In order to identify the effects of wastewater irrigation on physiological indexes of wheat seedlings and provide a basis for the rational utilization of wastewater, wheat seedlings were treated with different concentration of wastewater, then the root vigor, membrane permeability,activities of SOD, CAT and POD and the content of MDA of wheat seedlings were determined. Results showed that the root vigor of seedlings decreased and the membrane permeability of wheat seedlings gradually increased along with the increase of wastewater concentration, at the same time,, the activities of SOD, CAT, MDA and POD of wheat seedlings increased at the start and then decreased, and the con- tent of MDA increase progressively, which indicated that wastewater irrigation had an effect on the physiological characteristics and anti-oxidative enzymes activities of wheat seedlings.
