摘 要:用生物酶(KDN-T01F)对桑皮进行脱胶,分析脱胶过程中的各个影响因素,以残胶率作为衡量脱胶效果的指标。采用单因子分析法找出脱胶过程中各因素的参数范围,在此基础上,通过正交试验制定生物酶脱胶的最佳工艺条件,即在温度为53℃、生物脱胶酶溶液质量浓度为14 g/L、溶液的pH值为9、脱胶时间为12 h和浴比为1∶30的条件下,桑皮的脱胶较为理想,残胶率由原来的68.04%降为30.36%。生物酶脱胶后再辅以化学脱胶,试样的残胶率仅为3.88%。研究结果表明生物酶化学联合脱胶法对桑皮纤维的提取效果较好。Bio-degumming of mulberry fiber was performed with bioenzyme KDN-T01F, and the factors affecting degumming were investigated, using the amount of residual gum as the index of the result of degumming. Single-factor analysis was adopted to find out the parameters range during degumming, and then orthogonal experiment was used to determine the optimal parameters for bio-degumming, that is, the temperature is 53 ℃, the concentration of bioenzyme solution is 14 g/L, pH = 9, liquor ratio is 1 : 30 and treating time is 12 h. Under these conditions, the amount of residual gum reduced from 68.04% to 30.36%. After bio-degumming followed by chemical degumming, the amount of residual gum is as low as 3.88%. This indicates that bioenzyme-chemical degumming method is good for extraction of mulberry fiber.
