摘  要:高层建筑群的风环境品质,将影响地面行人的舒适与安全。本文采用CFD数值模拟方法,对中国建筑科学研究院(CABR)新建科研大楼与原科研楼组成的高层建筑群的室外风环境问题,进行了详细的数值模拟和方案优化设计研究。首先,利用作者提出新的边界条件数学模型[1-4],准确模拟边界层风场,根据数值模拟计算得到的主导风向角下的速度场分布,结合本地常年风速风频气象统计资料,对重点关注的两座大楼之间的主出入口通道等区域行人风环境舒适性进行了定量评估。其次,配合建筑设计,进行了室外风环境优化设计数值模拟研究,详细比较和分析了楼前增设广告牌等风环境改善措施的效果。本文的研究将为采取有效的技术措施以改善该项目的建筑风环境品质,以及类似工程问题提供参考。Wind Environment of high-rise buildings would affect the pedestrian comfort and safety.In this paper,the outdoor wind environment around the high-rise buildings of China Academy of Building Research(CABR) was numerically evaluated and optimized.Firstly,the pedestrian safety and comfort in some important areas around the buildings,such as the main walkway between two buildings,was quantitatively evaluated in combination with the local wind meteorological statistic data,in which the wind velocity field was computed by adopting the new inflow boundary conditions proposed by the authors.Secondly,several technical measures aiming at optimizing the pedestrian wind environment were numerically analyzed,and detailed comparisons of the wind velocity fields between with /without adding some remedial facilities,such as the big bill board etc.,were made.The research would be helpful to improve the quality of the wind environment of this project,as well as be referential to similar problems.
