摘　　要：学院哥特式是中国近代教会大学建筑中一种极有特色的建筑风格。本文以东吴大学和沪江大学为例,总结了中国近代学院哥特式建筑的主要特征,进而深入剖析了这类建筑的根源及其在中国传播的背景,指出外来势力和民间机制是建筑风格传播过程中不可忽略的重要因素。The Collegiate Gothic style is a very distinctive architecture style.Taking Soochow University and University of Shanghai for examples this paper summarizes the primary characteristics of the Collegiate Gothic style in the modern Chinese architecture.Furthermore,by deeply analyzing the origin of these buildings,it is pointed out that the foreign forces and folk mechanism were the non-ignorable important factors in the architecture style transmission process.
