摘  要:研究了表面处理槽液中蒸汽加热换热器的设计方法,讨论了热负荷、传热系数、传热平均温度差等数据的获取方式以及计算换热面积的数学模型。以氧化磷化槽为例,介绍了列管式蒸汽换热器的制作方法。实践证明,新设计的列管式蒸汽加温装置使加温时间从原来的4.5h减少到96min,能源利用效率从原来的2.2%提高到87.4%。The design for the vapor heat exchanger used for surface treatment tank was studied. The ways for acquiring data of heat load, heat transfer coefficient, and average temperature difference of heat transfer as well as the mathematical model for calculation of heat exchange area were discussed. The fabrication method for tube vapor heat exchanger was introduced with oxidation phosphating tank as an example. Practice proved that the heating time is reduced from 4.5 h to 96 min and the energy utilization efficiency is raised from 2.2% to 87.4% by using the newly designed tube vapor heating installation.
