摘 要:通过可编程序逻辑控制器(PLC)与QNX实时系统相结合实现新的HT-7DNB(中性束诊断)电源控制系统所要求的实时远程控制要求。以现场总线控制层,PLC及QNX6.3.2实时控制层和Windows监控层构成的星型连接局域网实现了上下位不同操作平台间的电源控制系统。从硬件平台选择、软件程序设计、网络设计分析等方面着手,完成了DNB电源实时控制系统的设计与实现。实验表明:该系统实时性良好,性能稳定可靠,各电源时序脉冲误差不超过1 ms,符合HT-7实验要求。PLC is combined with the QNX real-time system to meet the real-time remote control requirements of the new HT-TDNB( diagnostics neutral beam)power supply control system. Star-shaped local area networks which consist of on-site bus control layer,PLC and QNX6.3.2 real-time control monitor layer and the monitor layer of Windows to connect upper and lower and realized the requirements of powers supply control system between different operating platform. From the selecting of hardware platform, software programdesign, network design and analysis, etc. to complete the design and implementation of DNB power real-time control system. Experiments show that the set of power have good real-time property, its performance is stable and reliable and the timing of pulse error is less than 1 ms, which meet the requirements of HT-7 experiment.
