基于知识转移视角的信息系统开发方法的比较

摘　　要：通过文献调查,介绍了信息系统开发方法比较研究的现状。根据知识是否需要在用户与开发人员之间转移,区分了信息系统开发中的动态知识与静态知识。从开发团队的组织、知识转移的模型和知识转移方式三个方面对重型开发方法与轻型开发方法进行了知识转移的比较分析。This paper introduces the status of comparative study on information system development methods through literature survey. It distinguishes static knowledge and dynamic knowledge in information system development according to whether knowledge needed to be transferred between users and developers. It does comparative analysis of knowledge transfer between heavy and light development methods from the organization of development team, model of knowledge transfer and way of knowledge transfer.
