摘 要:从纺织废水污泥中筛选出了具有PVA降解能力的混合菌B07。通过正交实验得出其降解PVA的最佳条件:温度为35℃,pH为7,氮源为牛肉膏。在此条件下,B07对PVA1799模拟废水处理96 h时COD的去除率达64%。同时考察了PVA聚合度和醇解度对其降解性能的影响,结果表明,PVA聚合度越大,醇解度越高,其降解效率越差。用芬顿试剂预氧化后,PVA降解效率提高了17%。PVA(polyvinyl alcohol) could be degraded by a bacterium named B07,which was screened out from the sludge of textile wastewater.The optimum degradation conditions of PVA were obtained by orthogonal experiments.Experiments were carried out at 35 ℃,pH 7 with the beef extract as the nitrogen source.The COD removal rate of PVA1799 simulated wastewater could reach 64 % after the reactions proceeded for 96 hours.The effects of polymerization and alcoholysis degree of PVA on its degradation performance were investigated by comparative studies.The results showed that higher polymerization and alcoholysis degree inhibited the PVA degradation efficiency.Compared with no pretreatment PVA,the degradation rate of PVA by B07 increased 17% after Fenton pre-oxidation.
