摘 要:萃取-精馏法处理N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)废水是一种节能工艺,相关的工艺研究多有报道。为了对萃取传质过程进行研究,在机械搅拌萃取塔中采用氯仿萃取废水中DMF,在考虑萃取传质系数沿塔高变化的基础上建立了传质数学模型。根据实验数据,结合辛普森积分法和最优化方法—单纯形法对传质模型进行参数估计,获得传质系数与萃取轻重两相及搅拌桨转速的关联式为:KXa=0.0118N0.5068L0.4867S1.3907。结果表明:传质系数与轻重两相流量以及搅拌桨转速均呈正指数关系,重相流量对传质系数的影响较大,轻相流量的影响则较小。Extraction-distillation recovery process is more advanced energy-saving recovery technology used to deal with DMF wastewater.Many process-related researches have been reported in literature.In this work,the characteristics of mass-transfer process is investigated in a mechanically agitated extraction column for DMF extracted from its wastewater by using chloroform,and a mass-transfer model for the extraction process is established by considering that the mass transfer coefficient changes along with height of the extraction column.Based on the experimental data,both the Simpson's integration method and optimization method-simplex method are combined to estimate the mass-transfer model parameters and a correlation equation,KXa=0.0118N0.5068L0.4867 S1.3907,with the two phase flowrates and impeller speed is obtained.The results show that mass transfer coefficient has a positive exponential relationship with the light phase flowrate,heavy phase flowrate and impeller speed,largerly affected by the heavy phase flowrate and less affected by the light phase flowrate.This conclusion is basically consistent with the experimental results.
