摘 要:通过动态法测试水吸收型空气净化器A和活性炭过滤吸附型净化器B对甲醛的去除性能,探索更为合理的方法以评价空气净化器对气态污染物的去除性能。对净化器A去除甲醛的短期测试结果表明,净化器对甲醛浓度为0.3、0.5、0.8和1 mg/m3的连续空气流均有明显的净化效果,对甲醛的去除速率在0.91~2.78 mg/h之间。对净化器去除甲醛的长期测试结果表明,净化器A对甲醛的去除速率随运转时间而降低,但向净化器电解水槽添加水可保持净化器对甲醛的长期去除性能;同样测试条件下,净化器B在30 h内就失去对甲醛的净化性能。动态测试法评价空气净化器去除甲醛的性能结果表明,动态测试方法能更加真实地评价净化器对气态污染物的去除性能,尤其是长期性能。Continuous test mode was used to evaluate the capability of air cleaner A by water absorption-indirect degradation and air cleaner B which with activated carbon filter to remove formaldehyde,to explore more scientific and reasonable methods for evaluating the air cleaners to remove gaseous pollutants.The air cleaner A showed significant capability to remove formaldehyde from air of initial formaldehyde concentrations of 0.3,0.5,0.8 or 1 mg/m3 in continuous mode,and the corresponding removal rates ranged from 0.91 to 2.78 mg/h.The removal rate of the air cleaner A decreased gradually with operation time.However,it recovered and kept long term capability to remove formaldehyde if water could be timely replenished into the electrolysis water bath of the air cleaner.The air cleaner B lost its capability to remove formaldehyde within 30 h in continuous mode.Continuous mode could more scientifically and reasonably evaluate the capability of air cleaners to remove gaseous pollutants,especially their long term capability.
