摘 要:以猪粪和秸秆为混合发酵原料,在沼液回流条件下考察空气搅拌对固体产酸发酵效果的影响。结果表明,实验周期内,空气搅拌与对照实验酸化产物中,乙酸分别占VFAs总产量的86.4%和84.3%,丙酸分别占7%和4%,而琥珀酸则分别占11.6%和6.6%;空气搅拌产酸发酵实验总VFAs产量低于对照实验,但挥发性固体含量(VS)去除率有所提高。说明空气搅拌能改善产酸发酵环境,加速厌氧消化进程,对于固体厌氧消化,空气搅拌可以作为一种新型搅拌方式,但需深入系统研究。In this study,an experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of air-stirring on solid acidogenic fermentation with pig manure and straw as feedstock under the condition of biogas slurry returning.The result shows that acetic acid which is dominant in fermentation products accounts for 86.4% and 84.3% of total VFAs in air-stirring and control experiments.Propionic acid which is destructive to methanogenic accounts for 7% and 4%,and succinic acid fraction is 11.6% and 6.6% in air-stirring and control experiments.The removal efficiency of volatile solid(VS) is higher than the control experiment though the total VFAs is lower under air-stirring condition.And the conclusion is that air-stirring can improve the anaerobic condition and accelerate fermentation process effectively,and air-stirring provides a new type of stirring for solid fermentation but an advanced research is needed.
