促红细胞生成素联合蔗糖铁治疗肾性贫血56例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察促红细胞生成素联合蔗糖铁治疗肾性贫血的临床疗效。方法选取我院自2009年1～12月收治的56例肾性贫血患者,采用促红细胞生成素联合蔗糖铁治疗,观察比较治疗前后改组患者的血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(HCT)、血清肌酐(Scr)及红细胞计数(RBC)水平。结果 (1)本组56例患者经12个月治疗后,显效38例,有效15例,无效3例,总有效率为94.6%。(2)本组56例患者在治疗12个月后从Hb、HCT、Scr及RBC方面比较均有统计学差异,尤其以治疗6个月后明显。结论促红细胞生成素联合蔗糖铁可以明显改善Hb、HCT、Scr及RBC水平,且可以辅助降低Scr水平,值得临床推广使用。Objective To observe the efficacy of combination of erythropoietin and iron sucrose in the treatment of renal anemia.Methods From Jan.2009 to Dec.2009,56 patients with renal anemia were treated with erythropoietin combined with iron sucrose,and hemoglobin （Hb）,hematocrit （HCT）,serum creatinine （Scr） and red blood cell count （RBC） levels were observed before and after treatment.Results After 12 months of treatment,38 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,3 cases had no effect,and the total effective rate was 94.6%.There was significant improvement of hemoglobin （Hb）,hematocrit （HCT）,serum creatinine （Scr） and red blood cell count （RBC）,in particular,in 6 months of treatment.Conclusion Combination of erythropoietin and iron sucrose can significantly improve the hemoglobin （Hb）,hematocrit （HCT） and red blood cell （RBC） levels,assist lower serum creatinine （Scr） level,and is worthy of clinical use.
